Step 1 – You can either visit our office or talk to our representatives to figure out the best type of visa for your needs.

Step 4 – After carefully reviewing and preparing the paperwork, Paakifast Travel pays the embassy fee of Kes 23,000 and submits your application online through your embassy account, which we create when you start the visa application. On the same day, we also schedule an appointment with the embassy for biometrics (fingerprint and physical data).
Step 5 – Our clients go for biometrics after 5 working days following the documentation process. The embassy accepts biometrics on weekdays.
Step 6 – The final stage involves the embassy processing your visa application. After successful biometrics, you wait as the embassy reviews all the documents for decision-making. During this stage, we do some visa tracking and keep you updated on the progress.
NB: After a successful visa application, the client has freedom of deciding when the want to travel because Paakifast Travel applies for long term visas valid from 5‐10 years.
